DELIVERY

 

Express Worldwide Shipping by " FedEx " , " DHL Express " , or UPS for all orders. Shipping time is 2 - 3 business days. Shipping confirmation and all tracking information will be emailed to you. Please include a phone number for the courier.

Our priority is customer satisfaction and happiness when purchasing a jewelry from our store. Some of our jewelries may be directly shipped from United States or overseas including Turkey depend on our inventory. Either way delivery takes 2 - 3 business days.

If you notice any delays or issues while tracking your package please contact us for help. 
If you need to change your shipping address before your order please email us

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. We recommend adding signature for orders valued over $500. If your package is lost or stolen we will assist you.

  

RETURNS

Our pieces are handmade to order If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us of your return within 7 days of your order's receipt at help@ikejewelry.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

 

All made to order pieces will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or issued in store credit according to the customer's preference. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


Some items are not eligible for return, such as personalized pieces and scratched or worn items. For all orders return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
 

REPAIRS

If the item gets damaged and you need a repair email to help@ikejewelry.com inquire about your case. If you would like your ring sized up or down there is a $35 fee. Customer is to pay shipping. Repairs/sizing may take 1-2 weeks.
